As a Customer Service Supervisor at Serenity, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our team of Customer Service Representatives.
Your leadership will ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care and compassion as they navigate their healing journey.

Support and sensitivity are crucial. Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and train Customer Service Representatives, Monitor team performance, manage workflows, and handle escalated patient issues to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
Assist with complex patient interactions, coordinating with clinics to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction. Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective patient support and service delivery.
Qualifications High School Diploma / GED required A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisor role, call center preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong patient-first mindset.
