Job Description
This is a full-time Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the Middletown, OH area.
All billed as Medicare Part B. We're looking for someone who has the availability to provide a minimum of 30 hours of direct patient care per week.
Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 4 weekdays of availability. The PT hired will work with the geriatric population doing 100% senior living community coverage.
Here are the logistics of the position :
- Salary range starting at $80,000 per year based on experience.
- Home Care - Geriatrics.
- Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays.
- Full-time
- Position includes a comprehensive benefits package.
- Ultimate schedule flexibility. Work when you want for as many patients as you want to see. (Typically the minimum is 30 hours of direct patient care and 4 weekdays of availability per week.)
- This is a staff-level position focused on direct patient care.
