ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its new and innovative outpatient center dedicated to Seniors in Jacksonville, FL!
Job Highlights :
- Outpatient position only
- Clinic Hours Monday-Friday
- Senior patient panel only (65 years +)
- Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients
- Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient
- Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology
- State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community
Benefits :
- Employed Position
- Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)
- Full malpractice coverage with tail
- Medical Benefits (including retirement)
Qualifications :
- M.D. or D.O. graduates
- Board Certified / Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
- Physician must have an active, non-probationary Florida medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Florida medical licensure
