About Creative Excellence
The Creative Excellence Service Line helps our clients attain best-in-class advertising that drives business results. We do this by aiding Creative Development (help with creating advertising), Creative Assessment (help with assessing advertising and providing guidance to improve it) and Creative In-Market (ad tracking once the advertising is launched).
Creative Excellence periodically publishes thought leadership within the industry to showcase innovative ideas, insights, and viewpoints on a range of topics, including Advertising on TikTok, Super Bowl Awards, Sustainability, Representation in Advertising, Cultural Relevance, and more. We also have partnerships with ARF, ANA, The Female Quotient, SeeHer, Effie, and Contagious.
What you can expect to be doing Work with your team on impactful solutions, project execution, and deliverables to meet and exceed client objectives related to their advertising research needs
Collaborate with the team to design strategic questionnaires, analyze data, and interpret results that provide clear and actionable insights and recommendations
Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure projects are managed successfully from pricing to data collection to quality assurance to timely delivery
Build and maintain relationships with clients by responding to queries, ensuring expert advisory, and providing thought leadership with support from senior members
Participate in initiatives that support our service line (growth, new product development, and employee training & engagement)
This might be the job for you if you have A bachelor's degree or higher; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
2+ years of experience in market research, advertising, marketing, or consumer insights Advertising experience is a plus
A curious mindset and a genuine fascination for the field of advertising
Experience working with data and extracting meaningful insights
An ability to learn quickly, work efficiently, and succeed in an everchanging, innovative environment
A knack for storytelling with the capacity to express narratives visually and verbally
Some experience with survey design, sampling plans, analysis, and delivery
Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
Ease and confidence with thinking on your feet
Business acumen and critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
Experience thriving within a team environment, while contributing to a positive culture
Proficiency with MS Office & Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, and Slides)

In accordance with NY / CO / CA / WA law, the estimated base salary for this role is $70,000-$80,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and / or certifications.
