Commercial Project Manager
Our client, an industry-leading design / build firm, has an excellent direct-hire opportunity for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager.
This position will oversee all aspects of complex and / or multi-phased projects from concept through completion in the Mobile AL area.
Successful candidates will have proven Project Management experience overseeing commercial, mixed-use, multi-family and retail construction projects.
Responsibilities include :
- Planning
- Budgets
- Estimating, sub buyout, job cost tracking, closeout
- Scheduling
- Materials management
- Purchase orders, subcontractor agreements
- Permits, approvals, utilities
- Team supervision
- Lead meetings, project communications
- Quality control, safety
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree Building Science, Civil Engineering or relevant field preferred
- 3+ years of Project Management experience overseeing large commercial projects
- Familiarity with construction management software and programs
