High acuity patients- IV medical management, hi-flow oxygen, impaired immobility due to venous congestion- Manage patients post cardiac catheterization and / or cardioversionCurrently 1 : 5 ratios for PCU (goal is 1 : 4)All travelers are expected to float as needed within acuity
