About the team

Since launching globally in 2016, advertising in short-form videos has evolved immensely, and so has TikTok's monetization platform.

As TikTok's revenue has grown exponentially, go-to-market teams have adapted faster than systems can be built and are now challenged with unlocking strategic insights to continue growing the business.

To solve this, TikTok has built an in-house CRM that spans the entire sales journey from lead to opportunity, opportunity to revenue, and customer success.

This system allows us to deeply understand the goals of our advertisers and agencies while empowering our sales teams to collaborate strategically with clients.

As the Product Manager of the CRM team, you will lead solutions in conjunction with global sales teams, strategy, and operations to maximize the potential of TikTok's in-house CRM, driving business outcomes and supporting global business needs.

Responsibilities :

The Product Manager - CRM is an internal-facing role that works closely with the sales team to establish global best practices for CRM usage, driving sales and business growth.

Leveraging your expertise in CRM system architecture, you will provide solutions and feasibility recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborating with the engineering team, you will ensure on-time delivery and meet the needs of the internal sales team.

A deep understanding of internal sales processes and business requirements, as well as excellent project management and teamwork skills, is essential.

  • Responsible for the process and functional design of CRM products, defining the product roadmap, writing product requirement documents, and driving the implementation of relevant sales policies and processes.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to gather and analyze sales processes and business requirements.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, including project planning, progress tracking, and risk management.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure products are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze product metrics, collaborate with relevant teams to quickly identify problems, continuously iterate product functions, and strive to improve key product metrics.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in B2B products, preferably with industry experience in advertising and commercialization (local services, creative, e-commerce, etc.)
  • Experienced in planning, designing, and implementing platform products, with the ability to manage complex business processes and ensure product flexibility and configurability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively interacting with different stakeholders and driving decision-making
  • Strong data sensitivity, logical thinking, and data analysis skills, with a talent for using data to analyze and improve business operations
