LOCATION DETAILS : Remote in the United States

WORK HOURS : Full Time, Monday through Friday – 8 am to 5 pm. Weekend work will be expected

COMPENSATION : The standard salary range for this role is $56,000-$70,000 annually.

The base salary will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT : This role requires travel approximately 50% of the time, including visits to the CLI Conservatory in western Massachusetts and attendance at recruiting events across the country.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

The Admissions Manager will work closely with the student recruiting and admissions team to help identify and recruit the world's best young dancers to attend the CLI Conservatory - a rigorous 10-month pre-professional training program.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Communicate key information about our programs to dancers and dance parents over phone, email, and SMS.
• Plan and execute online and in-person recruiting events, including travel to the CLI Conservatory in western Massachusetts and to dance events across the country.
• Work with marketing and design teams to develop and distribute marketing materials to prospective students.
• Manage the Conservatory student pipeline from connecting with new applicants to addressing questions throughout the admissions process.
• Communicating admissions decisions to prospective students.
