ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver food items from the kitchen to customers in a timely manner.
- Assist servers and bartenders with their tasks.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and presentable.
- Clear and reset tables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- At least 2 years of experience as a runner in upscale casual restaurants / bar in New York
- Personable, positive, hospitable with a sharp sense of urgency while creating a warm & welcoming experience for guests
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume space
- Attention to detail, and a great team player
