Job Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
This role is not just about managing projects; it is about stepping into a leadership position. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to take over the company in the next 3-5 years as the current owner plans to retire.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in a mix of new construction, fit-out, and renovation projects is ideal but not required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and eager to contribute to the company's growth.
