Associate Product Services & Management Analyst (Hybrid)
Northwell Health is searching for an Associate Product Services & Management Analyst. This role is essential in analyzing, verifying, tracking, and developing implementation plans for system enhancements and project access.
The position involves collaborating with departments to provide customer support and ensure smooth processes pre- and post-implementation.

- Ensure compliance with system policies, laws, and contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to address user issues.
- Consult with departments to provide customer support during and post-implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend necessary fixes.
- Operate with direct guidance on straightforward and moderately complex work assignments.
