What will you do?
In this role, you will pick, pack, and ship products via UPS and motor freight to our internal and external customers. You will also interact with our distributors and end-users who come to pick up orders at the facility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify products in location through labels or stamps.
- Verify correct product has been picked / packed and the stock has been put away.
- Operate powered narrow-aisle picker to pick / pull machined products at various shelf heights and floor locations.
- Pack, box, and load various machined products.
- Interact with customers for order pickups.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe manner.
- Work in other areas or departments as assigned.

Wage information :
Wage Range : $16.97 - $24.02 per hour

It is estimated based on what a successful California applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in California or perform the position from California.
Similar positions located outside of California will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
The base salary range above represents the low and high end of Martin’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be within the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
The range listed is just one component of Martin’s total compensation package for employees. In addition, Martin provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life, and disability insurance, a profit-sharing plan, a 401K trust plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the company's Sacramento, CA branch to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
