We are seeking a Brand Strategist to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a consistent brand positioning, narrative, storytelling framework and creative look and feel for Zomee in the marketplace
- Ensure that our brand’s visual and verbal identity resonates deeply with our target audience, driving strong brand affinity and loyalty
- Oversee all aspects of brand and creative execution
- Deeply understand our products and our customers, becoming a subject-matter expert and evangelist
- Provide tools, guidance and training to assist with storytelling and articulating our value proposition and apply across all brand touchpoints
- Manage our brand presence across website, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok (LinkedIN) and email efforts
- Stay updated on industry and competitive landscapes, integrating relevant insights into positioning and materials as needed
- Drive PR efforts working with internal / external stakeholders
- Execute 4-5 key announcements per year focused on new initiatives, product launches, partnerships, etc
- Secure earned media placement and panel presence for Zomee.
- Execute cohesive marketing plans including brand advertising campaigns and always-on marketing activities, driving a consistent experience across all audience touch points including website, social and email efforts
- Create compelling marketing collateral including sales materials, presentations, one sheets and product / service sheets tailored to the needs and pain points of our customers
- Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
- Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns when launching new products
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background
- 3+ years' experience in brand and / or corporate marketing client-side or agency experience, ideally in the TV advertising / media space
- Proven experience building brands and results-oriented marketing plans
- Expertise with brand fundamentals (architecture, identity, and competitive positioning)
- Exceptional thought leadership capabilities, strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with co-creation processes and an understanding that great outcomes are made possible with strong partnerships with stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment while adapting to a rapidly growing organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions
- Strong ability to quickly learn about new industries and business segments
- Previous experience in market research or other related fields
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in teams
