What we ve done due to our rapid growth is start an EntryLevel Management Training Program to meet this expansion. Currentlywe are looking for 57 Managers here in New York then growing out to10 Cities next year which will all be paid for and licensed by H MPro.

So basically creating a solid team and business mindsets iswhat we are looking for. As part of our 18 month training period weare looking for the most motivated candidates who can be consistentreliable learn our system and deliver great results.

TheLandscaper / Handyman / Construction professional is a versatile andskilled individual responsible for a wide range of tasks related tolandscaping general maintenance and construction projects.

Thisposition requires a combination of physical labor technical skillsand problemsolving abilities. The Landscaper / Handyman / Constructionprofessional must have knowledge of various construction techniquesand be familiar with landscaping practices to carry out tasksefficiently andeffectively.

Responsibilities : Landscaping :

Landscaping :

• Designingplanning and implementing landscaping projects including plantinglawn care and irrigationsystems.
• Maintaining and enhancingexisting landscapes by pruning fertilizing and performing regularmaintenance tasks.
• Operating andmaintaining landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers trimmers andleaf blowers.
• Installing andrepairing landscape features such as fences retaining wallswalkways and outdoorlighting.

GeneralMaintenance :

• Performingroutine maintenance tasks including painting carpentry work andrepairs.
• Fixing and maintainingplumbing and electricalsystems.
• Conducting inspections toidentify maintenance needs and addressing thempromptly.
• Assisting with themaintenance and repair of HVAC systems and otherequipment.

Construction :

Assistingin construction projects including demolition remodeling andrenovation.

Readingand interpreting blueprints plans andspecifications.

Operatingconstruction tools and equipment such as power tools drills andsaws.

Ensuringcompliance with building codes safety regulations and qualitystandards.

Collaboratingwith other team members such as contractors and architects tocomplete projects on time and withinbudget.

CustomerService :

• Interacting withclients and addressing their questions concerns andrequests.
• Providing recommendationsand suggestions for improvement based on clientneeds.
• Ensuring highqualityworkmanship and customersatisfaction.
