Board Certified Behavior Analyst
ProCare Therapy is actively searching for a highly skilled Board Certificate Behavior Analyst (BCBA)that is seeking to join one of our trusted school districts for the 2024-2025school year.

- Pay range : $50-65 / hour depending on experience and expertise
- Weekly direct deposits

Job Description
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
- Design and oversee implementation of behavior analytic programs and strategies.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and direct care staff.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment outcomes.
- Monitor progress, collect data, and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve individual goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports.
Job Requirements
- Master's in Education / Special Education isrequired
- National Certification as aBCBA

- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
- 20-30 minute virtual / in-person interview with school district
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
