- Offering 750K base salary, plus a 20% base quality bonus
- Affiliated with Mayo Clinic, Voted Top 1% Hospital
- Joining 3 MDs and 3 APP practice
- Looking at both : General / bread and butter GI and Interventional GI
- Call 1 : 6 has a GI HOSP program in place
- Offering 150-200K for student loans
- 50K sign-on bonus, full benefits with relocation, and malpractice with tail
