Job Description
Duties will include providing administrative support to the CEO and other administrative staff as needed. Your duties may include, but are not limited to :
- Manage phone system (answer, document calls, check messages)
- Maintain office supplies / inventory and occasionally lunch orders
- Responsible for opening and posting mail
- Ensure company stays on task with bill payments
- Copy, organize and file documents
- Manage email box(s) and send / disseminate faxes
- Internet research as required
- Assist IT contractor with troubleshooting
- Maintain office appearance (clean and organize office / breakroom)
- Assist with Loan Files (processing / closing)
- Participate in loan processing training
- Assist with special events (organizing / ordering caterers, etc.)
- Additional duties as assigned
