Job Description

Duties will include providing administrative support to the CEO and other administrative staff as needed. Your duties may include, but are not limited to :

  • Manage phone system (answer, document calls, check messages)
  • Maintain office supplies / inventory and occasionally lunch orders
  • Responsible for opening and posting mail
  • Ensure company stays on task with bill payments
  • Copy, organize and file documents
  • Manage email box(s) and send / disseminate faxes
  • Internet research as required
  • Assist IT contractor with troubleshooting
  • Maintain office appearance (clean and organize office / breakroom)
  • Assist with Loan Files (processing / closing)
  • Participate in loan processing training
  • Assist with special events (organizing / ordering caterers, etc.)
  • Additional duties as assigned
