We are looking for a Sous Chef for a prestigious corporate campus in Cambridge.

We offer work / life balance, growth, and great benefits. Work schedule is Mon-Fri; wrap up the operations at 4pm Friday and be off on Sat and Sun! Benefits include 100%-paid employee health insurance.
Qualified candidates must have experience in elevated dining, cooking from scratch including Mother Sauces, stocks and soups in high-volume environments.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items.
Minimum Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
