About The Position
Job Title : X-Ray Technologist Job Specialty : Diagnostic Imaging Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 8 (8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM) Guaranteed Hours : Information not provided Experience : Orthopedic experience required License : Maryland License Certifications : ARRT certified, BLS via AHA Must-Have : Completion of an AMA-approved Program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent Job Description : Operate standard, portable, and specialized X-Ray equipment to perform radiographic exams.
- Assist in diagnosis and treatment through the production of high-quality radiographic images.- Provide appropriate patient care and ensure comfort and safety during procedures.
- Utilize digital radiography (DR) imaging technology to obtain images.- Work under the general supervision of a Chief and Senior Technologist.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient radiographic services.
