Part-Time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner needed in Southern Ohio!!
Part time hospital employed opportunity. Joining two Family Medicine physicians.
This clinic will be a Patient Centered Medical Home which will provide extended weekday hours and weekend hours for patients.
Schedule will vary. Will work every 4th Saturday. No call.
Number of patients the provider should see per day? Approx. 15-20 patients per 8 hour day. (number may vary)
COMPENSATION :
Salary Range : Base salary ranges (Individual salary quote will be discussed, depends on experience)
Potential Bonus Incentive
Can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target
Benefits : Eligible for Part time benefits
Vacation : 14.5 PTO days
CME / Books & Journals : 2.5 days and up to $2,500
2 YEAR CONTRACT ALSO INCLUDES :
Deferred compensation : 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $16,500 year before taxes. No matching.
Retirement / Savings Plan : 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $16,500 year before taxes under age 50 and $22,000 for over age 50.
Medical Center matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay (max of $4,900 and $10,400 respectively)
Malpractice Insurance Coverage : in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $1,000,000, per claim / $3,000,000, aggregate
Health Insurance : small premium, deducted from paycheck
