ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a Customer Service Representative with Dan Hernandez State Farm, you will enhance the customer experience by providing assistance to a client base accustomed to premiere customer service.
You must be willing to resolve customer requests while utilizing an experienced set of skills honed over time. Client support, Agency staff support, and projects as assigned by the Agent will be the daily responsibility of this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must be fully licensed in Property and Casualty and Life Insurance; or willing to acquire prior to hire
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Proactive in problem-solving
