Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Product Development Specialist with strong product development and manufacturing expertise to join our team. In this role, you will be directly responsible for developing new sports equipment from concept through production. You will work hands-on with design concepts, prototypes, and technical specifications, while coordinating with internal and external manufacturing partners in Asia and at our own facilities in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop new sports equipment products from concept to production.
• Maintain the equipment product category for established products
• Create design concepts, sketches, CAD models, and prototypes that meet performance, aesthetic, and cost requirements.
• Translate design intent into manufacturable specifications for plastics, rubber, and textile products.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to refine and finalize product designs.
• Work directly with overseas vendors to review prototypes, address technical challenges, and ensure production quality.
• Support sampling, testing, and validation of new products.
• Provide technical input on materials and production processes to optimize performance and cost.
• Coordinate new materials sourcing tasks with outside vendors and sourcing partners
• Communicate regularly with vendors in Asia and Latin America regarding timelines, quality, and production issues.
• Participate in on-site factory visits (domestic and international) as required.
