Software Engineer
Our Client seeks an experienced and passionatefullstack (SQL Server. NET)Software engineer to join ourdevelopment team. In this role you will report to our ApplicationDevelopment Manager and work closely with the other developmentteam members.
You will beresponsible for collaborative planning engineering testing andshipping software solutions with the other team members.
You mustcommunicate regularly and coordinate with your teammates to shiphighquality software to Production.
You must be passionate about technology and softwareengineering; you have worked as a developer on a multiperson teamoperating under an agile software engineering methodologypreferably Scrum.
You have a growth mindset and know there isalways room to improve.
Mature communication skills are a must. You hold strongopinions and campaign for them but know that good ideas can comefrom anyone and are open to embracing tradeoffs to reach solutions.
From a technicalperspective you are experienced with .NET for creatingserviceoriented web applications that utilize Microsoft SQL Server.
You have firsthand knowledge of building systems in the cloud withbonus points for AWS. Having experience with Microsoft Blazer willset you apart from other candidates.
Ideallyyou have experience working in remote and / or hybrid distributedteam environments.
Required Qualifications
5 years experience withMicrosoft SQL Server engineering
5 years experience with Microsoft .NETtechnology stack
5 yearsexperience building webapplications
Strong knowledge of softwaredevelopment methodologies tools and best practices
Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills
Experience operating in agiledevelopment methodologies
Excellent problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on enterpriselevelapplications
Experience with Microsoft Blazerdevelopment
Experience working in remote and / orhybrid distributed team environments
Experience with DevOps engineering andprinciples such as CI / CD.
