Our entertainment client in Hollywood is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team. Hybrid role. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Expected starting base salary $30 to $34 per hour.
Responsibilities : receive and process payments (checks, wires, and ACH); resolve payment discrepancies; review of credit card statements and expense allocation;
review of aging reports and customer accounts; collection of outstanding payments; provide back up support to Accounts Payable with data entry of invoices.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of accounts receivable / collections experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
