Required skills and minimum years of experience.2 years minimum critical care experience, post heart cath recovery and patient management, post op day 1 open heart surgery patient management, experience with long term ventilated patients, experience with swan ganz catheters, and vasoactive medication titration.
TEA, Triple A and general surgery patient management. Travelers will not get fresh heart patients. 4. Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required.

Traveler RN may float to any floor. If they float to med-surg, they are there as a resource nurse and may take a reduced assignment.
