About The Role

As the Director of Business Development Integrated Solutions, your principal objective is to drive revenue growth and profitability by expanding the reach of GoodRx’s Integrated Solutions.

You will engage with industry Consultants, Brokers and Plan Sponsors to inform and educate on the programs. Interactions will include direct touch points, as well as virtual and in-person trade show presentations.

This role will report to the VP and work cross functionally with leaders from across the business to deliver results.

Example Projects Include

  • Ownership of the application process for speaking roles at industry trade shows
  • Preparing for and delivering presentations
  • Planning / scheduling and delivering industry Webinars
  • Networking outreach to various stakeholders cited above

Responsibilities Include

  • Be a strategic partner with internal / external stakeholders to effectively form the market message
  • Be a consultant to the Business Unit on key aspects of growth strategy, operations, vision, marketing strategy, sales execution;

incorporating feedback from stakeholders

  • Lead business development efforts to identify potential partnership opportunities
  • Build a sustainable and scalable funnel for current and future GoodRx Integrated Solutions
  • Position GoodRx as a market & innovation leader

Skills And Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Pharmacy / Benefits / Consulting, or related experience, and a college degree
  • Prior experience with Health Plans, PBMs, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Digital Health and / or Pharmacy Retailers preferred
  • Strong Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
  • Ability to establish, maintain and demonstrate subject matter expertise
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired.

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors.

These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

Compensation Ranges

  • San Francisco Office : $169,000.00 - $271,000.00
  • New York And Seattle Offices : $155,000.00 - $249,000.00
  • Santa Monica Office : $141,000.00 - $226,000.00
  • Other Office Locations : $127,000.00 - $203,000.00
