Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Precast Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precast manufacturing and a proven track record of managing plant operations efficiently.
As a Precast Plant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production processes are streamlined, cost-effective, and aligned with our commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Production Management : Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production schedules are met and products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership : Manage and lead a team of supervisors, foremen, and laborers. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Process Improvement : Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies to optimize plant efficiency.
- Quality Control : Ensure all products meet industry standards and customer specifications through rigorous quality control measures.
- Safety Compliance : Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Resource Management : Manage plant resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance, including production metrics, quality control results, and safety incidents.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in precast manufacturing or a related industry.
- Proven experience in managing plant operations and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
