We're looking for passionate engineers to help us grow and maintain our open-source project DevLake (https : / / github.com / merico -dev / lake).
DevLake is designed for developer teams looking to make better sense of their development process and to bring a more data-driven approach to their own practices.
DevLake was launched in Dec 2021 and has already earned over 1,300 stars on Github, but we're just getting started!
Your responsibilities include :
- Design and build advanced data integration and transformation infrastructure
- Drive adoption of best practices in modern data stack
- Support and grow the open-source community around DevLake

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience with software development
- 1 year of experience with software design and architecture
- Strong proficiency in Golang
- Great communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have :
- Experience in maintaining or contributing to open-source projects
- Experience in data engineering and analytics space
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role
