About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Home Health Job Specialty : Home Health Therapy / Rehabilitation Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day, 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Guaranteed work week Experience : Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience License : Pending license accepted Certifications : BCLS Must-Have : - Own transportation - Ability to visit up to 6 patients per day - References covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years Job Description : - Provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients in a home health setting - Complete patient documentation using EPIC charting system - Participate in a full orientation program of 40 hours - Adhere to a 1 : 1 patient-to-therapist ratio - Work one weekend shift per contract - Floating between facilities within the state is expected - Opportunity to work with low submittals and consideration for local candidates within a 50-mile radius - Participation in non-billable modules, completed pre-start and annually, is required - Option for medical / religious exemptions or declinations for COVID-19 vaccine requirements This opportunity requires professionals who are organized, patient-focused, and possess exceptional communication skills.
Ideal candidates will have Oasis experience, although it is not mandatory. The role offers mileage reimbursement based on the standard, ensuring a well-rounded professional benefit.
