Responsibilities :

Empowerment through Support : Provide comprehensive psychological services to students, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential in both academic and social-emotional domains.

Assessment and Intervention : Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop personalized intervention plans, collaborating closely with educators, families, and community resources to ensure holistic support.

Crisis Intervention : Offer timely and compassionate crisis intervention services as needed, promoting the safety and well-being of students within the school community.

Collaborative Partnerships : Foster strong partnerships with school staff, administrators, and community stakeholders to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all students.

Advocacy and Empowerment : Serve as a dedicated advocate for students with disabilities, ensuring that their voices are heard and their rights are protected within the educational setting.

Data-Informed Decision Making : Utilize data analysis and evidence-based practices to inform decision-making, evaluate program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in student outcomes.

Qualifications :

Arizona Certification : Hold a valid certification as a School Psychologist in the state of Arizona, with a passion for serving the unique needs of students in Lake Havasu City.

Compassionate Expertise : Bring previous experience in school psychology, along with a deep commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of all students.

Strong Communication : Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and community partners.
