As the Content Strategy & Operations Lead at Flip, a dynamic social media company, you will be responsible for owning and elevating content quality across our platform.

In this critical role, you will :

  • Develop a deep understanding of content characteristics that enhance feed quality and user experience. You'll become Flip's foremost expert in identifying and positioning content that resonates with our audience, using data-driven insights and user feedback to continually refine your approach.
  • Lead a team of 4-6 international members responsible for all content moderation and quality scoring. You'll guide your team in maintaining Flip's content standards, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our users.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve and promote high-quality content. This includes developing and implementing new content strategies, optimizing our content evaluation processes, and potentially exploring automation solutions to enhance efficiency.

Your role will blend content strategy, analytics, and process management, giving you significant influence over the look and feel of Flip's feed.

You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of content on our platform, working at the intersection of creativity and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape Flip's content strategy and feed analytics
  • Drive direct impact on the appearance and quality of Flip's feed
  • Lead and manage a team of 4-6 international team members
  • Oversee daily content moderation and quality scoring
  • Develop and implement detailed process management
  • Provide strategic insights to our Creator Acquisition team

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, performance marketing, startups, or other similarly rigorous and analytical roles
  • Passion for inspiring, creative, and educational content
  • Willingness to both lead strategically and engage in hands-on work
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage critical processes
  • No prior management experience required, but must demonstrate leadership potential

$75,000 - $90,000 a year

Total compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please note the base salary is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees.

Other rewards may include equity, bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
