This is for a large insurance client in Tempe, AZ. Must work on site, start times available at 6am, 7am, 730am after 3 weeks of training.

Full time, 15.00 / hour Cubicle environment, great campus Must clear background check and be extremely reliable. No absences during the 3 week training period! Responsibilities : Working from a queue :

• Independently, review and identify incoming, scanned documents and marry to claims based on claim number
• Follow specific guidelines for attaching claim documents to system files
• Experience juggling multiple screen / programs at once while processing different claims
• Previous use of 10 key with accuracy and attention to detail inputting claim numbers
• Ability to use decision making process to complete indexing tasks
• Escalate all documents that do not have identifying information or claim numbers to the research team for further processing
• Meet specified metrics after training within 30, 60, 90 days on assignment
