Please be Advised this is an in-office role 5 days per week located on 230 5th Ave in Manhattan
- Salary : $45,000-$60,000
- Desired Skills and Experience :
- 4 year college degree
- 1+ years of experience in home textiles or apparel industry
- Superior analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Tremendous attention to detail and great follow-up
- Must be very fast with computers and proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Photoshop and accounting software
- Responsibilities :
- Take photos of samples and design Powerpoint Presentations using sample photography
- Follow up with buyers of major customer accounts (nation-wide department chain stores) for new sales, obtaining missing purchase order details, send samples / pics
- Organize and prepare sheets, samples for sales presentations and emails
- Thorough communication and develop relation with buyers to understand their requirements and accordingly make sales offers
- Do competitive market research; and present ideas in an organized and comprehensive manner
- Update and enter data in the system
- Microsoft Excel Required : V-look ups and Pivot Tables
- Microsoft PowerPoint Presentations for Buyers
- Sample Photography
