Monday - Friday, Full Time, Day ShiftPosition Summary : Coordinates service line with Surgical Staff, Sterile Processing, Sales Representatives, Section Leader and Surgeons within the specialty.
Proficient in the duties of the Perioperative Nurse and performs a clinical role as needed. Embraces and promotes system values to ensure customer satisfaction and excellence in patient care.
What the Perioperative Service Lead will need : * Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.* Preferred : BSN* Current Michigan RN license.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification.* Preferred : AORN Certification* 2-3 years OR Nurse experience* Strong knowledge and competency in performing nursing duties within the perioperative specialty.
What the Perioperative Service Lead will do : * Coordinates service line with Surgical Staff, Sterile Processing, Sales Representatives, Section Leader and Surgeons within the specialty.
- Proficient in the duties of the Perioperative Nurse and performs a clinical role as needed.* Embraces and promotes system values to ensure customer satisfaction and excellence in patient care.
- Liaison with surgeons regarding patient needs in the operating room environment.* Facilitates safe and reliable care for patients in this environment.
