Santa Clara Valley Healthcare (SCVH), an agency of CSCHS, is comprised of three hospitals : Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (SCVMC - a 731-bed central hospital), O’Connor Hospital (OCH - 358 licensed beds), and Saint Louise Regional Hospital (SLRH 93 licensed beds).

About the Division of Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery*Our Division of Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery provides consultative inpatient services and outpatient care for patients, covering the entire spectrum of Otolaryngology.
Our hospital is a key training site for Stanford residents. Physicians who join our division of five board certified surgeons willfind a very collegial environment, with robust specialty and ancillary support, and an integrated electronic health record.
SCVMC is a Level 1 Trauma Center, with an active NICU. We serve the diverse population of Santa Clara County with a focus on equity and inclusion.
About the Position*This position requires excellent training in general Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery. The preferred candidate will be flexible, enjoy working with residents, and eager to practice evidence-based patient care for our vulnerable population.
A strong background and interest in rhinology will be required. Fellowship training in rhinology would be welcome but is not mandatory.
Additionally, interest in laryngology will be helpful, but not required. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about continuing to grow our practice and advance the clinical expertise that our division offers.
The current position is for a 0.5 FTE to start in September, 2024. The chosen candidate will be allowed to work over code as needed to meet patient care needs.
