LIFE Geisinger (Living Independently for Elders) is seeking a family medicine or internal medicine physician for our LIFE Geisinger, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program, split between our locations in Wilkes Barre and Scranton, PA
LIFE Geisinger provides additional independence for older individuals and their caregivers. If older adults live in our service area and meet the requirements listed below the LIFE Geisinger Program can help them stay in their homes while taking advantage of comprehensive daily living and health services.

Starting base salary of $320,000.
Continuing medical education 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
Fully paid relocation
