Responsibilities : - Drive Cross-functional Projects : Organize and manage key projects, working closely with various teams to ensure effective implementation and deliver project results.
- Conduct Strategic Research & Analysis : Conduct research on key business growth areas, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide strategic support and actionable insights.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Design and implement solid analysis to evaluate business performance, providing valuable insights through numbers and data analysis.
- Stakeholder Communication : Prepare and present clear, insightful project updates and communication to stakeholders, ensuring transparent information sync and alignment across teams.
Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Intern / work experience in e-commerce, strategy consulting, internet, or digital marketing industries- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills to deliver messages and facilitate discussion- Proven execution skills and project management abilities to drive project progress- Proficiency in data analysis and providing clear, actionable suggestions.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with a positive and goal-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications : - Work / Internship experience in e-commerce companies, leading consulting firms, or other tech companies with a strong understanding of both traditional and social e-commerce, livestreaming, and influencer commerce.
- Familiarity with livestreaming platforms and the e-commerce landscape - Demonstrated ability to mainly own complex projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams to bring solutions to the ground - Strong presentation skills and experience in generating executive-level reporting with strategic insights, solid data analysis, and strong storyline- Fast learner, highly self-motivated, with a proactive mindset to pursue higher standards and better result
