Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager for Mother Baby Unit / Maternity at Morristown Medical Center, to work from 7 : 00 pm to 7 : 30 am, including weekends and on-call as required by department.

• Responsible to provide patient care to low and high risk mothers and newborns and post Op GYN patients along side staff nurses.
• Responsible for leadership on the night shift, including all Annual Performance Evaluations, discipline as needed and work along side the manager to manage staffing, budgets etc.

Masters degree preferred

License / Certifications :

New Jersey Registered Nursing License required

Relevant Experience :

• 5+ years Labor & Delivery Experience
• Progressive leadership experience
