ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Maintain Production and Facilities Equipment such as Food processing and packaging technology, as well as support equipment such as HVAC, wastewater, and grounds.
• Follow and help develop the Preventive Maintenance Program
• Experience with Electrical and Electronic Control Systems preferred
• Assist the maintenance team in resolving machine problems.
• Willing to learn
• Perform assigned duties in all types of weather.

REQUIREMENTS :

ability to use machine shop tools safely and effectively.

Physical demands and Work Environment

Employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

Employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Fixed mechanical problems such us strip down machines.

Employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Hands on

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

This position is located at a production facility with a mechanical environment with moderate noise level.

Cold environment Area may be damp / wet Moderate noise level.

Large volume production facility includes : Manual, semi-automatic and automatic equipment Conveyor system Packaging / filling

PPE as required.
