Overview Visual Merchandising, Temp at Christian Dior Couture. Responsible for supporting the implementation of visual display direction and standards in Dior retail locations. Works in close relationship with VM Manager and in-store teams of Miami Metro to maintain brand image and displays.

Responsibilities Implement visual updates and maintenance with great attention to detail.

Cultivate a culture where everyone on the team maintains displays and upholds the brand image by creating a system of display checks that everyone can include in their daily routines. Create and foster a culture where everyone buys into VM process.

Build and maintain a network of support with boutiques so that VM efforts (installs, rotations and maintenance) are a team effort. This includes preplanning efforts so that all key holders are aligned. Communication is the base; comprehension is the goal.

Execute window changes and floor changes, possibly overnight, in accordance with Collection launches.

Maintain cadence for uploading approved photos to the La Ruche app immediately following every launch. Support implementing the feedback process to finalize displays with Paris Image Team.

Be an integral team VM member as additional support for store openings, special events, and pop ups outside of your region.

Diligent handling, care, and prop organizing to ensure maintenance and upkeep including an up-to-date inventory.

Qualifications Visual Display and Merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment

Strong planning, organization, and creative skills

Communicate across all levels of the organization

Strong follow through

Ability to build relationships, utilize skills of the workforce most appropriately

Ability to follow the company’s policies and procedures

Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays based on need

Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image

Ability to travel as needed
