Customer Service Representative- Audi North Orlando Sales Department

Holler and Classic Family Collection of Dealerships, representing four new car brands and two used car superstores, operates on a best price concept where managers and associates embrace our negotiation free sales environment and a philosophy that the customer comes first.

Holler and Classic Family Collection of Dealerships is adding to our Team specifically at our Audi North Orlando location in Sanford resulting in several immediate needs for strong candidates to fill positions in our Business Development Center.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with great communication and customer service skills. They must be able to engage the customer on the phone and speak clearly and concisely.

Must be detailed oriented and responsible for answering all inbound calls and booking appointments for potential sales customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

  • Answers all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, addressing inquiries or scheduling appointments or transferring them to the appropriate person or department quickly
  • Answer client questions regarding vehicles for sale.
  • Responsible for obtaining customer data prior to arrival.
  • Follow up on no shows daily
  • Confirm next day appointments
  • Maintaining comprehensive and up to date knowledge and Audi certifications of products
  • Make outbound calls (OBI) for unsold sales prospects
  • Follows all company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service by treating guests with courtesy and respect.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred (English / Spanish)
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications at once
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Prior sales / customer service experience a plus
  • Ability to learn and operate various computer programs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Acceptable background and drug screening
