WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Work with onsite Finance Team and cross-functional departments to accurately and timely close each period.
- Reconciling B / S accounts and bank statements.
- Recording revenue.
- Posting monthly expenses.
- Calculating bonus payouts.
- Maintaining all licenses and compliance schedules.
- Generating / approving ACH payments.
- Reconciling all intercompany expenses.
- Supervising Finance and Accounting teams. Including AP & AR processing.
- Administrating the credit card program.
- Assisting and processing treasury and tax activities, including cash management and coordination of tax filings and other critical activities.
- Reviewing monthly financials with the General Manager to ensure accuracy and understanding.
- Continuously strive for process improvement
- Assisting in preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, cash forecasts and various ad hoc financial models.
- Assisting in other finance activities; including insurance, audits, payroll and benefits.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING - THE PERSON
- 5-8 years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, or other financial software.
- Advanced Excel skills in the areas of financial reporting, analysis, and modeling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands on, results driven self-starter.
- Flexible and resilient to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and changing business conditions.
- A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.
- A strong value system, excellent judgment, unquestioned integrity.
