Job Details

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

  • Work with onsite Finance Team and cross-functional departments to accurately and timely close each period.
  • Reconciling B / S accounts and bank statements.
  • Recording revenue.
  • Posting monthly expenses.
  • Calculating bonus payouts.
  • Maintaining all licenses and compliance schedules.
  • Generating / approving ACH payments.
  • Reconciling all intercompany expenses.
  • Supervising Finance and Accounting teams. Including AP & AR processing.
  • Administrating the credit card program.
  • Assisting and processing treasury and tax activities, including cash management and coordination of tax filings and other critical activities.
  • Reviewing monthly financials with the General Manager to ensure accuracy and understanding.
  • Continuously strive for process improvement
  • Assisting in preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, cash forecasts and various ad hoc financial models.
  • Assisting in other finance activities; including insurance, audits, payroll and benefits.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING - THE PERSON

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, or other financial software.
  • Advanced Excel skills in the areas of financial reporting, analysis, and modeling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hands on, results driven self-starter.
  • Flexible and resilient to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and changing business conditions.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.
  • A strong value system, excellent judgment, unquestioned integrity.
