Position Overview :

As the Director of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our AI and ML strategy.

You will lead a team of experienced professionals, driving the development of innovative solutions that solve complex problems and deliver tangible business value.

This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong technical background in AI and ML, excellent strategic thinking, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

Define and execute the company's AI & ML strategy, aligning it with overall business goals.

Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and prioritize AI & ML opportunities.

Team Management :

Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI specialists.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Technical Oversight :

Provide technical guidance and expertise in the development and implementation of AI & ML models.

Ensure the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies in AI & ML.

Project Execution :

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI & ML projects, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and timely solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI & ML capabilities into existing and new products.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand business needs and promote AI & ML solutions.

Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in AI & ML, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.

Experience with popular AI & ML frameworks and libraries.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
