Our client, a global investment management firm, is conducting a search for a Manager of Talent Acquistion. This person will be responsible for end to end recruiting for corporate functions and investment staff, in addition to managing the firm's co-op hiring process.

Responsibilites :

  • Oversee recruiting initiatives across support team functions and investment teams by ensuring coordination and practices and policies are incorporated
  • Drive all aspects of the firm's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives to promote diversity across all levels of the organization in hiring practices.

Build relationships across community, academic and professional organizations to tap into diverse talent pools. Leverage analytical acumen to benchmark and track all related metrics to drive the overall DEI strategy

  • Manage full lifecycle of recruiting that includes meeting with relevant stakeholders and the HR team to identify the hiring needs and to set clear expectations for the process as well as manage the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates
  • Act as partner, consultant, and advisor to hiring teams / managers by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
  • Coach hiring teams / managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions
  • Drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing including job posting, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Develop pipelines of qualified candidates for open positions utilizing innovative and creative sourcing techniques

The ideal candidate will have :

  • A Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of recruiting
  • Previous experience in the investment or professional services sector
  • Proven success recruiting across a variety of corporate functions - finance, IT, legal, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
