Cutting Machine Operator
Responsible for assigned day to day activities in cutting and kitting of materials for production.
Essential functions and responsibilities :
- Read work orders written in English and follow instructions to determine product specifications or materials requirements
- Operate and monitor assigned machine that cuts fabric according to programmed patterns; Some computer entry needed
- Loads rolls of fabric to machine in preparation to be cut; Removes pieces when complete
- Sort materials or products for processing, storing, shipping, or grading
- Achieving the number of pieces per yard for a specific product scheduled output for the day
- Inspect machine before use and report any malfunctions as needed
- Maintain an orderly warehouse
- Abide by company Safety and Reporting Standards

- Forklift Experience preferred
