We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Interns to join our 3-month sales training program. The sales training program is designed to provide comprehensive training in field sales, customer relationship building, and product knowledge.
The Sales Trainee will learn the fundamental skills required for a successful career in sales and will transition into a Sales Manager role after successfully graduating from the training program.
What You'll Focus On
- Actively engage in and complete the structured sales training program.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products / services, features, and benefits.
- Learn and implement effective sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing strategies.
- Develop skills in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Participate in field visits under the guidance of experienced sales professionals.
- Learn to manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Enhance communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Adapt to changing sales environments and industry dynamics.
What You Bring
- Are bilingual in Chinese required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Ability to work full-time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
