Who You Are

We are looking for an organized manager who can produce high-quality work while maintaining strong relationships with our current clients.

The ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions and take initiative while staying focused on results and the performance objectives of this job is a must.

Staff development skills, ability to lead a team of professionals by example while also possessing solid time management skills are important as well.

Required Experience and Skills

• CPA preferred
• Bachelors in Accounting / Masters in Taxation (preferred)
• 5+ years of public accounting experience in income tax preparation for individuals, partnerships / LLCs, S Corporations, C Corporations, trusts, estates, and non-profit organizations
• 2 years in a management position
• Comprehensive understanding of tax law
• Strong review skills of 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041 returns
• Strong tax research experience and skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to grow practice
• Willingness to work >

40 hours per week during tax season

Ability to supervise and train professional staff
