Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Quoting : Process all customer quote request quickly and accurately within IEWC quoting system adhering to appropriate margin guidelines.
Perform quote follow up activities to secure future business. Engage appropriate internal partners when required.
Customer Inquiries : Process all customer requests including returns, quality, compliance and regulation requests, product inquiries, and other general customer requests within required timeline.
Maintain Customer Information : Update and maintain all customer information such as preferred shipping requirements, customer contact and ship to information, and product attribute in both SAP and Salesforce.
Build collaborative relationships with internal partners : Build strong relationships with key internal departments (quality, supply chain, distributions centers) that result in ensuring we meet customer needs.
Product Knowledge : Actively engage in product education opportunities to become self-sufficient on routine product items.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
- 2+ years of prior experience in a sales environment and / or sound understanding of a sales process
- Strong computer skills; MS Office; intermediate excel skills; ERP / CRM experience desired, Sales Force a plus; SAP a plus
