Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from existing patients and assist with inquiries
Handle patient concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure retention
Make outbound calls to previous patients to encourage their return
Required Qualifications
Must be 18+ years of age
High school diploma or GED required
1+ years of experience in collections activities or customer service
Experience in a high volume, phone-based environment
