Pharmacy Technician (Non-Sterile Compounding) - Rockville, MD
RPH on the go is looking for a highly motivated Pharmacy Technician to join a dynamic team in Rockville, MD. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong retail or mail-order background who is eager to advance their career by learning non-sterile compounding.
You will work with capsules, topicals, and troches, gaining new skills to further enhance your career in pharmacy.
Duties :
- Perform non-sterile compounding of 5-6 prescriptions per day, including capsules, topicals, and troches.
- Focus solely on compounding; no additional duties required.
- Embrace learning opportunities and develop skills in non-sterile compounding.
Schedule / Shift :
Monday - Friday : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM (must be available for the full shift).
Requirements :
- Active MD Pharmacy Technician license .
- Recent experience working in a pharmacy setting (retail or mail-order preferred).
- Experience with compounding (capsules, topicals, and troches) is preferred but not required.
- High energy and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn new skills.
